We Are Floot have the objective of connecting the UK's discerning, experience-seeking millennials directly with the best independent bars and restaurants. By bridging this gap, We Are Floot aspires to give these smaller venues a significant platform to boost their visibility and achieve their business aims. This distinctive app aims to amalgamate the best features from popular platforms like Google Business, TripAdvisor, and Tastecard, setting itself apart as the first mobile application dedicated exclusively to independent hospitality venues.

The challenge

The task at hand was to introduce We Are Floot, a brand-new app still in its development phase and yet to debut on app stores. Our mission was to develop a fresh, appealing brand identity that would make We Are Floot stand out and resonate well with its target market. The brand required an innovative marketing approach to build awareness and incite excitement around its launch, primarily focusing on its home city of Nottingham and expanding its influence nationwide.

The solution

In today's marketing landscape, engaging a customer demands numerous interactions or touchpoints with a brand. As part of our strategy we created detailed Customer Personas in order to understand the wants and needs of our audience. This approach aimed to maximise exposure and foster substantial engagement.
