The Sleep Haven is the vision of a group of industry experts who, after decades in the bed and mattress business, identified a unique opportunity in the market. This new venture was set to redefine its sector by balancing exclusivity with competitive pricing, providing high-quality options across the budget spectrum. With aspirations to cater to diverse customer needs – from budget-friendly to luxury selections – The Sleep Haven aimed to carve out a niche as a high-end retailer without an established brand identity.

The challenge

The task presented to Relative was substantial. The Sleep Haven existed purely as an idea without a name, brand identity, or market presence. Developing a brand from nothing was daunting, requiring a robust, evocative brand ethos that could propel The Sleep Haven into a competitive position against long-standing market leaders. The objective was to ensure that despite offering competitively priced products, The Sleep Haven would not compromise on the luxury and quality it promised to deliver.

The solution

Embarking on an extensive journey to build the brand identity for The Sleep Haven, Relative tackled this project head-on. Not only did we develop the visual and communicative elements of the brand, but we were also entrusted with naming the venture, further showcasing our involvement from the very inception of this business.

We crafted a visually appealing logo that resonated with both the luxury and accessibility of the brand, alongside comprehensive branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Our work extended to creating a visually captivating in-store experience. This included designing price tickets, sales tickets, POS materials, in-store signage and graphics, pull-up banners, and posters. These elements were vital in establishing a coherent brand presence offline.

We developed business cards and presentation documents to ensure that the brand communicated its ethos effectively in corporate settings and important sales pitches.
