A Common Pain Point

As a business owner or an employee at an SME, you're likely familiar with a shared struggle: finding the time to work on your own promotion, advertising, and marketing. It can often feel like a battle against the clock. You can try to schedule and make time to work on it but something all ways seems to crop up.

Balancing our client work, which always takes precedence, meant that revamping our website proved challenging. The decision was made quite a while ago that it needed doing, and we worked on it here and there. This balancing act led to multiple changes, countless rewrites and redesigns as our website project took the backseat more often than not.

However, after months and months of sporadic work and stop-starts, we decided that we needed to give it a real push. That said, we still, of course, had to multitask and divide our attention between transforming our website and moving the needle for our client's businesses.

While it's been a long process, we are both proud and pleased with all the impressive work poured into making our website a digital embodiment of Relative Marketing. Reflecting our values, ethos and the renewed direction of the business.

Streamlined Specialisms

The new look of our website directly reflects the evolution of our brand. Over recent years, we have reflected, reassessed, and refined our service offerings. From a full-service agency, we've honed our focus to three specialist areas – Branding & Graphic Design, Website Design & Build, and SEO & Content Marketing. It wasn't an abrupt decision but a well-thought-out process with a single goal – providing the best services in our areas of expertise, including boosting leads and lead conversion, to our valued clientele.

In addition, our more than decade-long journey in the industry has allowed us to build substantial knowledge and expertise in some specialised areas, particularly the home & garden sector and working with specialist B2B businesses. We understand exactly what it takes to drive success in these sectors. Our ability to implement initiatives quickly and effectively speaks volumes about our refined focus on these industries.

Reflecting Our Evolution

The reason for the website redesign wasn't just an aesthetic decision but a necessary step to aligning it with our updated specialisms. Our new website encapsulates all the things we excel at and things that make us unique in our sector.

The transformed digital platform reflects a focused version of Relative Marketing, emphasising our core strengths. The redesign is much more than a change in colour schemes or layout; it is our renewed promise to deliver top-notch, specialised services that drive results in the sectors we know.

A Community-focused Approach

Beyond our specific focus on home & gardening and B2B businesses, we continue to support local SMEs on their journey. Our commitment to helping smaller businesses grow remains unwavering. The joy of being part of their success stories, contributing to their growth, and seeing their progress first-hand is what drives us every day.

Our work approach revolves around fostering a genuine sense of community and delivering bespoke, personalised work that involves sitting down with our clients, understanding their challenges, and crafting tailored solutions. This community-centric ethos remains at the heart of the work we do, translating into authentic, fruitful relationships with our clients.

The New Relative Website

The journey to transforming our website has been long and full of unexpected turns. But if there’s one thing we're sure of, it's this — every change, every rewrite, and every redesign has led us to a finished product we’re immensely proud of. Our new website is a testament to our passion, dedication, and firm commitment to providing specialised, effective marketing solutions.

Looking to the future, we're excited about this new chapter and remain committed to our clients, our specialisms, and our community. Whether you're a small local company or an industry leader, we're here to help you scale new heights and make your vision a reality. Together, we can succeed.
